"just another someone" (JAS) is the alias of Joshua Allen-Silvia, a working artist born and raised in New London County, Connecticut. JAS works primarily as a sculptor and digital artist focusing on the exploration of minimalism and mundane beauty. He earned his BFA in Sculpture and Ceramics from the University of Connecticut in 2016. JAS has exhibited his work in several Connecticut galleries in both solo and group shows including: John Slade Ely House, VAIS Gallery, MAC650, and ArtSpace: Windham, as well as a pop-up solo exhibition in an elevator.
